Included skills classes taught by Court Walker for members starting in September on Sundays at 10 am are listed below:

september — coils

use of extruder (wall mounted + guns)

Court will walk you through how to use the wall mounted extruder and the extruder guns, including cleaning. But also walk through through a different techniques for going tall or wide with your coils!

october — slab

use of slab roller + flats storage

Court will walk you through use of the studio slab roll, and will show you a few techniques for effectively working with slabs without warping or cracks

november — underglaze

stencils, tape, sgraffito!

Court will walk you through how to make the most of your underglaze experience, including different techniques for nice clean lines of watercolor effect, and had a strategically layer and mix colors. BYO uenderglazes! The studio will provide our base colors only.

december — luster for the holidays! 

Court will walk you through how to apply luster for a third firing. The studio will provide mother of pearl. BYO silver and gold! We recommend buddying up with another member to share a bottle.
